Producer and Client warrants that no portion of the materials will be used to generate further content using AI technology, nor will any portion of the material be given, lent, sold, or licensed to any entity for use in training of AI models, creation of works based on the content of the materials, or the use of materials to develop synthetic versions of the writing, voice, visual artistic, or any other form of AI product.
